ZKSwap completed the 100% ZK-Rollup upgrade today, meaning all Layer 2 data will be aggregated and packaged on-chain to ensure the consistency of Layer1 and Layer2 status. On Layer 2, transactions will be more secure and effortless.
Our first phase 14-day PoL and PoT activities from 6th to 22nd March just ended, with 9 million ZKS rewards distributed. Some figures include:
- Over $1.3 billion added liquidity;
- Total locked value exceeded $1.5 billion;
- Average daily transactions at $50 million;
- Total trading volume reached close to $1 billion.
Note: As planned, our PoL mining in the future will be on Layer 2.
For those who are interested in our ongoing activities, there’s still a long-term PoG with a daily release of 20,000 to 30,000 ZKS. We will announce the campaign as soon as possible.
Q&A of the Day
How can I exchange my ZKS-v1 LP tokens since PoL mining is finished?
Firstly redeem your lp token, then deposit the redeemed LP Token to ZKSwap to remove liquidity and withdraw token assets. LP tokens need to be sent to L2 if you want to remove them from the pool.
I un-staked my liquidity pool so I have some ZKS-V1 tokens but my L2 Pool isn‘t displayed in my wallet, why?
You need to deposit it in L2.
When I un-stake from PoL mining, will the reward come together or I need to withdraw the rewards first?
You need to withdraw the rewards before you un-stake.
My balance cannot be displayed in L2 wallet though coins can be found on explorer, what can I do?
Try using another browser or clear cookies in your browser. If it cannot be solved please reach out through our official channel to check.
Why did the TVL drop?
It mostly connects to the ending of our PoL and PoT mining on 20th March.

What’s gZKS?Is it different from ZKS?
gZKS will be used as a governance token. Staking it will give users the right to govern the platform. We will soon launch community governance solutions.
Can we provide liquidity to new tokens?
This will happen according to our roadmap. In 2021 2Q, we will support user-initiated unlimited token listings, a user can join the Layer2 network as an individual and utilize Gas-free transaction and swap services provided by ZKSwap.
